CRM Functional Consultant


  • Functional perfection & responsible for quality deliverables on schedule with quality, near zero gaps in collecting business requirements and translation to functional requirements
  • Own functional test of the product and ensure more than 90% bugs are found before release to the customer. Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback/input
  • Guide/Support technical team towards right solution. Prepare Fit-gap, FDD documents by adhering to best practices.
    Adhere to Project Plan, CMP, Quality plan & Risk Management Plan and ability to guide team members for proper execution of the project
  • Team coordination and provide progress reports to the lead/manager and clients regularly. Provide necessary inputs to manager in performance management of team members
  • Support Technical and non-technical problem identification from functional perspective towards quicker resolution
  • Continuous learning on emerging trends/products, technologies and capable of propagating the functional skills, knowledge, and abilities



  • Degree in computer science / MBA / CA with 2 to 6 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience
  • Certified on latest versions of product at desired levels
